Owner, co-owner and guest
Casana has three roles, so it stays clear who can do what.
Owner
The person who created the place. The owner controls the settings, manages members, and pays for Casana Plus if the group grows past the free plan. The owner can manage every stay.
Co-owner
A member the owner promotes to help run the place. Co-owners can do almost everything the owner can: approve stays, edit the info, and manage members. Only changing roles and deleting the place stay with the owner.
Guest
Everyone else you invite. Guests see the calendar and the info, add their own stays when the owner or a co-owner enables it, and follow along. Joining as a guest is free, and a guest can be in as many places as they like. See Casana Plus.
